I know the flow 10 is a one chamber... but its not street legal right? SilverRam 01, your saying the cherrybomb extreme is the way to go? Im gonna cut my pipes of in the near future to hear what it sounds like dump'd. I feel like with the pipes out the back I never get to hear the sound.

No offense here but is the FM44 even street legal? I know in the state I live in anything louder than stock is technically illegal. On the truck I've had police ask about the exhaust but then when I told them it did in fact have a muffler they didn't seem to care. However, it is louder than stock so technically illegal. Is it different in your state? I just can't imagine as loud as mine is too many states allowing it but I could be wrong.

Im in PA. No body has ever said a word to me about my setup so far. The super 44 is infact legal btw. They sell kits to put them on mustangs, so im sure they are legit. They never sold flowmaster 10's as a car kit though.

I had mine pretty much straight piped, I just cut everything off of the y pipe. It was stock manifolds, the two little cats, and then open y pipe. It was loud, but didn't sound too good. Then I put the cherry bomb extreme on, and it sounds like this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B546u...e=channel_page

now I've gotten rid of the other little cats, and it is absolutely rediculously stupid-loud. I'm gonna take a better video in a while with the Cherry bomb and no cats like it is now... and I will post it.

In SD as long as it doesn't go over a certain decibel rating from 50ft away, its legal.

Can't remember what decibel level it is, but its up there quite a ways.

Sounds good. I mean I have sound ... but I don't get to enjoy it. Here is a clip of mine with a pretty low rev.

And here is a average pull off probably in the ball park of holding 2grand

I bet if I cut those pipes off it will echo off the bed and the ground so I can actually hear it. I like the 44 sound so... I'll do the pipes first and if its not where I want it... I'll do the extreme. Sorry to thread jack by the way.

Btw, I think this is yours too... Think thats what im going to do.

make sure that if you cut it off, dont cut it off like that other guy did, make sure its back behind the cab underneath the bed unless you want to lose a few brain cells as you sit in your truck, carbon monoxide poisoning really isnt pleasant as far as I hear...haha

Haha, yeah that was the plan. For PA it has to exit after the cab anyway to pass inspection. That probably won't happen for another month before I do anything... I can't stop playing with the remote start at the moment.
