Another thing that comes up almost daily in this forum with these symptoms is a clogged CAT. I had the same thing, multiple misfire CEL, no power under acceleration, etc. If checking all your injector/spark plug/wire setup doesnt yield any results.. unbolt the exhaust at the manifolds (yes, its loud, but its a good test) to see if you have the same issue. My CAT was old/broken/clogged and thats what I was experiencing.. a Magnaflow hi flow CAT solved the issue.

yeah i could check that. The cat is stock with 109xxx miles. But it also looks like the wires and distributor is also. well atleast the wires are Mopar wires.

I took some of the plugs out and all seemed fine. ive seen alot worse that still worked fine.
Im waiting for the temp to rise a little to work on it. i only work 1 block away so its not a big deal getting there.

I really dont want to take everything apart to get to the dang distributor. Have you guys found an easier way?

well the problem was the plugs. got new ones(figured id start with the easiest thing) and it works perfect
