eh, I read it and it seems that the only real major drawback is the cardboard end cap material. I havent had a problem with them. Should I ever have a problem with them I will change back to wix. I used to run those all the time, but I had one split on a 1995 Chevy 1500.

People on the Mustang site I belong too always say they are made of cardboard and fall apart. I used to always use them. I since have started using the Mopar one on my truck. Its right around the same price at wal mart

I used to use the Mopar one for a while, too. I stopped and went back to K&N because I missed the ease of installing and taking off the filter. That little nut is the best idea yet. I wish a cheaper filter(like a Fram or a WIX filter) had that.
