You don't have a connector that plugs in there and has 2 wires coming out of it? Otherwise I have no idea. That looks like where you'd plug a connector in though and I know that's what you do on the Alpines like mine.
alright, on the amp itself it has a ground symbol so i got a scosche 680w kit and got everything hooked up......i still havent got my pass side hooked up so im sure itll sound alot better when i do......on my config switch theres VAR LP, BY and 100 Hz HP......i have it on 100 Hz HP b/c thats what it shows in the manual what is BY for?
right now,, im running a jensen double din dvd/cd player, lanzar 6.9's in my doors,hi-phonic's 6x5's in the rear, with clarion tweet's,,ive got 2jbl 12's,right now in lil dingy 12"truck boxes, with a jbl 800 watt amp running those on mono,,and i have a sony 80x80 running my mids tweets etc..it sounds pretty decent, and as soon as i get my ratchet shifter installed on the floor im going to make a box 4 four twelves that pull double duty as a middle seat arm rest/speaker box to fill the space in tween my seats, but since i swapped seats and took out the middle console its pretty barren there lol..
edit..forgot got all my stereo stuff from onlinecarstereo.com...they have some pretty sweet deals,,and if you keep an eye out you can get banging good deals..

Speaker level input??? why are you trying to use that? isnt this amp for your speakers? a speaker level input is for if you dont have a hu that has rca outputs and are trying to run subs so you put speaker level inputs into the amp then you filter out the speaker noise... the speaker level input will be useless for you application, you dont need that, all you should have to wire into the amp is the power, remote power(tiny blue cable), ground, and rca's, then you will have 2 speaker wires heading to each speaker, a positive and a negative for each crossover, then 2 sets of speaker wires out of your crossover, a pos and a neg for your tweeter and a + and - for your mid range and that should finalize your setup. if you have anymore questions feel free to ask, Ill stay caught back up on this thread again.
I have alpine type S speakers all around... 5 1/4 and 6x9s... i am trading my friend the 5 1/4s for his 6.5 type R s... he also has two more 6.5 type Rs and he wants to trade them for my front 6x9s... should i do it, is it worth it to have to make the 6.5s work in the front??
