Missfire codes but no mis fire

so i clean the cam sen and the light came back and then i replace with a new one and the light came back so now what

do a compression test when the engine is hot , check the two center holes first then do front then back hole write it down. Drive it for a while then do it again the diff will only be a couple of pounds. If so you've cracked a head or gasket .have them fluxed if thats the prob order new head. when long block was assembled they couldn't see the crack and prob dismissed it.
