Missfire codes but no mis fire
once about a week i get miss fire code in every cycinder and the multiup miss fire. It usally then pulling hills or when i get in to it a bet. But i cant feel a miss fire it runs like a rap date. Now rember i have a rebuilt longblock i had built for my truck(put the rod though the side the motor). When i put the motor in i put new cap, rotor, plug (stock autolites) and wires. The motor only has about 3,000 miles on it so far. I might trying change the plug with diff autolite the colder one or w/e you guys use. It ever did it with my old motor and i can sometime drive weeks with the light stays off. It did it this morning and i need to get this fix b/c i need state inspen in a mouth. I hoping not a crack head or something cause i at school and i have to go home to do that. Thanks alot in adv sorry for spelling
What exhaust set up do you have? Check the cat and the plenum to be safe.Other than that, hook up a fuel pressure gauge so you can monitor it under those conditions where you get the misfire code.

First of all, you state that you're getting a misfire code, but no misfire. Well, you're mistaken, because there obviously *IS* a misfire or else the code wouldn't be tripped.
Have you checked that the plug wires have been routed properly per the TSB? When you rebuilt the engine, did you replace and/or inspect the heads? Is the distributor aligned properly?

And yes the wires are corr i check them. the cam and crank sens were senked after checking the timing.
