OK U dummy U clearly dint read my Post I paid them to install the brakes properly And they clearly didn't on to of that its a manufacturer defect and I called nascar's main office in Florida and they said its up to the dealer to warranty the part he refused to and told me I could not leave what would u do u WOMAN

All garages give you additional OPTIONAL labor so that they can: A. Get more money out of you, and B. if you choose not to get the work done they "have" an out if and when something goes wrong, as in this senario.

Any shop worth its salt, and infact one in compliance with federal laws MUST perform ANY and ALL work that is directly detremental to the vehicle owner's safety. In otherwords, they should be including greasing the caliper pins in the brake change package, and if the pins are damaged they would force you to buy them.

Sounds like someone has a good case.
What was the name of the shop?

That's why I feel fortunate enough to be able to perform all the work on my own vehicles. Except for trannies. But with my Ram at 147K, I can see learning that in my future!
