Not sure on the jerking, but the gurgling and chugging after 2000 RPM's sounds like a clogged catalytic converter to me.

+1 audiomechanic. I would get the converter tested at a shop and, if its bad, replaced by a good high flowing unit, like the Magnaflow.

Actually, I just changed the plugs out because i really didnt like the way they looked. They all at the top had this ash looking color to them and some had a little black on it. I cant recall the 2 by the firewall but almost all of them had this ash look to them.

Oh and im gonna go to autozone and get the scan done again and it will tell me whats with my trans i forgot what it was but when i get it i will post it

Okay, I got the codes. Here is whats going on apperantly.

Code P1756
Definition- Governor Pressure not equal to target value
Explanation- ECM Detected the governor pressure was not at expected pressure levels
Probable Causes- 1. Interal transmission failure 2. Open or shorted circuit condition

I went thru google and i had found the awnser to this would be to replace the Transducer and the Governor Pressure Solenoid with is I belive accessible if i remove the transmission pan.

Code P1762
Definition- Direct cluthc solenoid valve
Probable causes- 1.Open or short circuited condition 2. Direct clutch solenoid valve

So, Thats whats the jerking about i belive and probably the problem with the rpms, Now my onl thing is where can i get these parts without paying dealer prices and i would like to buy em locall and same day. If you need the city its Miami FL! lol

And if anyone could better explain to me whats going and how would i be able to change these pats out because i found the awnser on Justawnser and it said 1 percent chance valve body and 99 percent chance transducer and governor pressure switch

So if any f you could gimme a detailed breakdown on both codes if possible and how hard it is to do it myself and what all i need to do it myself hat be awesome fsorry for makin this so damn long and thanks for taking time to read it!
