I got a chance to look more closely at it during lunch. Of course, the thermostat housing, heater nipple, and temp sensor are almost impossible to see in there, but it looks like it might be the thermostat housing. It doesn't appear to start leaking until the thermostat opens.

Nice, it's hardly ever something simple when I have a problem. Glad yo ufound it and didn't have to tear her down again.

LOL, mine never gets MAD she just gets EVEN later.

Glad it was something simple.
