Not sure if yours is the same as mine, but mine is a 1-11/16" socket and i believe the torque spec was 110 ft/lbs........i believe. Someone else chime in and correct me if Im wrong on the torque on that.

185 lb/ft. Don't know the size but they are not reusable. The dealer won't sell you one? That's messed up. You don't need to know the size if you're just getting a new one.

18 mm, 4 bolts on the back of the hub, and 75-80 ft/lb of torque.

I just got all that info from the Dodge dealer here. Your dealer SUCKS!

on my 01 4wd, the hub nut is 1 - 11/16. i bought a socket at the local parts store. it cost $25 and was 3/4" drive. autozone didn't have one. you're not supposed to re-use the nut, but i did reuse mine. torque is 185. i think the 2wd is the same size. pull your tire off and eyeball it.

on the 1500, there are 3 bolts on the back side of the hub. they are 14mm 12 point, not 18mm as said above ^. those are pretty tight too. i don't have a manual in front of me. see here.

edit - by the way, your dealer sucks.

The axle nut is 175lbs and the 3 hub assembly bolts are 125. And you can re-use the axle nut.

Listen, The axle nut IS 1 11/16" and the other three BOLTS (not nuts) are 14mm 12 point. Get an impact socket for those three. No problem using those three again. And as long as you have a cotter pin on the axle nut, there is NO problem using it again.
