yeah, all it does is give you threads....if ya wanted to go thru the trouble, you could cut your old bung out but the nonfouler is cheap

alright, i made a side pipe for it today.......



it really quietened it down on the inside and got rid of the drone, but it still has a good tone to it......gonna either put this on as a tip......



or make one out of these old tips......

That first tip looks pretty good. With the old ones I think it would look fine with one tip but if you made it have dual tips I don't think it would look as good.

If you go down to a lighter wire it will prolly be hot enough to weld your exhaust on the low setting. The lighter your wire is, the hotter it will weld on each setting. The only problem you might have is that it might be too hot on the high setting and just splatter your weld every where. And if it that doesnt work, just move faster!

yeah, i got some lighter wire and it works alittle better......im still refreshing myself tho.....

yes it does. i did the same thing to the straight pipe behind the cat. put the non fouler in a vise and take a hacksaw and cut off the nut hexagon head and toss the bottom portion. drill a hole in the area and test fir the tip of your O2 sensor to make sure it fits ( 18mm hole should do it because that's the size of the nonfouler) then weld it in place.

i ended up using my 4in tips and making a dual tip......not the greatest flow, but itll work for now......
