I just vaccumed and cleaned the carpet in both the S-10 and Purpl. Looks 100x better. This is the first time I've cleaned the carpet since I bought it 4 years ago.

I don't know if I ever would put vinyl in either trucks, ever. My dad's company has an '07 Silverado with 40,000 miles and vinyl floors. There is already a hole on the driver's side gas pedal. No holes in my S-10 with carpet and no floor mats for 140,000 miles. Just a lot of stains (having black carpet would help).

LMC guarantees their vinyl mats will never crack or peel.

Good. But it will still have a hole in it after a few months.

Where are you referring that it will develop a hole? All of our F150 and Ranger fleet trucks at work have the vinyl mats and they are still in great shape. A couple trucks have over 110,000 miles. Its like everything, Its all in how you take care of it.
