Heads came in yesterday

Did you get a full dressed set of heads? Springs, valves, new valve guides (bronze is good), valve seats, retainers? It would be a good time to inspect the lifters for abnormal wear and to inspect cam lobes for any also. Might as well throw a cam in while your in it!
Can't afford the cam, pushrods, lifters, and new rocker arms right now. I know I'm right there at it, but I can't spring for the extra right now. I'm leary about reusing the lifters, I'd like to add hardened pushrods, and the rocker arms are the 1.7 non adjustables. I'll need 1.6 adjustables or an adjustable pushrod to measure exact length with a milder cam and watch my math for adequate P/V clearance if I keep the 1.7's. the 5.2's have flat top pistons so there's just a hair less wiggle room than the 5.9 soap dished pistons.
The heads are fully built, ready to bolt on. Springs are supposed to be good to .515 lift

Wait until you have the money and do it all. It will save you work in
the long run and all you have to do is be a little patient.
