Default Holley Throttle body

So I know how much everyone on here likes the fastman throttle bodies and all and I believe they probably are real good...but I kind of want to try something else, I was looking on summit and found the Holley tb and it looks like it is smoother than the fastman tb (nothing against fastman of course, I havent tried either, just trying ideas) It is more expensive though, heres the link...http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

I just really like the look of it, even though I wont see that when I have my 14X3 on there... Im just wondering if anyone has tried it or any opinions on it... I am trying to find new things to do to the truck now that my income is starting to increase again since days are getting longer and the weather is getting better here where I am from and that is key in my line of business... so I will be running lots of new ideas through, especially after taxes are done and paid for. Thanks

wow thats nice,,, but do they make it in a 50mm because that what you will want with your 5.2... i think alot of people go with fastman because of the price.

Hell, you want to spend money, go with Bruce's stuff at F&B.

For the price, you might as well go Fastman. And there's so many reviews I think it is safe to say you'll be ok with his stuff. You can't go wrong with the Holley either though. They make the stock TB. I've used a larger one on an old S10 I used to have and never had any problems. You'll just pay more for it from what it looks like.

You could always try one of these TB's from Hughes. They only run $400 for the stage 2 and $470 for the stage 3.

I don't think your going to get any more noticable performance gain from the holley over
the fastman, but you should go with what will make you happy.
