Mine does that when I first start it up after not driving it for a day or so. I now put it into neutral for 20 seconds or so before I shift it into reverse and it isn't nearly as noticeable.

that sound like your TC is draining out and not charging very fast.

A U-joint isn't going to be magically fixed by running it for 20 seconds.
