UPdate Tire rubbing 255/70/16 Update
So I got my new wheels and tires there 255/70/16X8 with a 4.03 back spacing. Got them mounted and balanced an them all in line. But the guy at the tire place there rubbing. I here that I should be able to fit 285/75/16. So what do you all think is wrong?

And if anyone can tell me how to get the pics form my email on here that would help. The pics wont be so great there from my cell. But my truck looks bada$$ now!

I run 305s on my stock wheels. It depends on the tire really. You didn't say where it rubs. It could be a worn track bar, the wrong offset, bad alignment... It depends on where it is rubbing. You shouldn't have any problems with that size of tire.
I cant tell where its rubbing the dick cepeks 16X8 with a 4.03 spacing. My factory size is 225/75/16. I had 245/75/16 on there and they where fine. Now I have 255/70/16. The tires are general grabber at2. I cant tell where there rubbing.
EDIT I don't notice where there rubbing I have less than 50 miles on them. I think it need to go back and get another alignment the wheel it not straight when I go down the road. I'm glad I got a 5yr unlimited. But it suck having to drive 16 miles agin. I got pics on my profile. Some before and after.

Are you kidding me?!?
Just turn the wheel 'til it starts rubbing whatever it rubs and get out and look and see what it is. Cant be too difficult.
But, like others have stated, those tires should not be rubbing. Most dodges came with 265's from the factory.

i don't understand why you went with a smaller Tire Diameter that you had before, most 4x4 guy go bigger...( and why a samll tire would rud... does it rub in one side or both??
50 miles and wheel it not straight when I go down the road?? the steerling wheel or the new wheel like a bad hub with those wide tires??
+1 go to a parking alot and make the wheel rub, stop the truck the way it is and look for rubbing............
