Default Seat's or Covers.

Ok I have an 02 2500 to start off with. So here's a question for you all who know more then me. I have two wants, one is probably the most practical but would like to know the impractical first. I feel like i'm sitting way to high in the seat, and the seat doesn't support me from side to side well. So I was toying with the idea of putting new seats in that would sit me lower and deeper. Something of a race type seat since after this fire season I wanna start doin prerunner stuff.

So the easy question now. While i wait for my idea to come to materialize I need some seat covers. I am thinking of neoprene seat covers. I was thinking of getting some and cutting them to make them fit the seat belt problem. Detach the lower part of the seat belt and just run it through the over and reattach. Any ideas? Where should I get them?

To do custom seats you're going to need to do a full cage w/ harness bar at the very least. However I really wouldn't recommend driving that on a daily basis.

Good to see another desert rat here.

Yea I didn't think of that. Well that puts that to rest. But not entirely. What about doing some SRT "type" seats in the truck? I love the way those feel.

I also found these on autoanything.com, so I went to the manufacturers website. They look really good, you can have them made how ever you want. I made a mock order that came out to be 300 bucks. www.wetokole.com They are water proof neoprene.

Right now I am debating what kind of runner set up would be most practacle. Carli, or Kore and which models. Oh so many toys so little money. I haven't always been a desert rat, but I will never move back to the Bay Area, so here I be. Trapped in the Nevada desert.
