Saw the pix ... with luck, the piston smashed it into sand when it got to the top of the stroke and it only sanded down the wall enough to pump oil. You might get away with a good hone and a re-ring on that piston. Ceramic is hard but it is also very brittle and shatters easily ... as you found out.

Hopefully eh, so does anyone agree with my mechanic saying "if you hone the cylinder u might as well drop a new motor in"

it's an extra generic 1. also make sure that the #5 wire is at least 1 inch away from the #7 wire

So i guess i just have to keep em as far away from each other as i possibly can? since they are right beside each other, Also may I ask why??????

You say it's running great now (despite the smoke) so ... no ... it's not wiring.

Ya it is... man i hope my mechanic gets some kind of tool to look in the cylinder he says he doesn't own one. what kinda of tool is used for that can anyone post a link???

A borescope ... a skinny snakelike camera that you can slip into tight, dark places to see.
