Power Control Module.

Pull off the ground (negative cable, not the red one) battery cable and turn on the headlights for a few seconds. Turn the headlights off and go back and put the battery cable back on. Taking away the power resets the PCM.

Disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes. You should have disconnected it while you were working on the TB.

update:

took it to the hobby shop, tore into it and cleaned the TB like it was my job. that thing was damn near spotless. cleaned all the sensors and everything. i even cleaned the TB in a parts cleaner(i love those things, we have them at work too). after it was all spiffed up, i slapped it back on at started it and she fired right up...ran decent. and has all day *knocks on wood*. we'll see if that did the trick. i'm hoping it did.

update(again):

well, it didnt fix the problem. still throwing the 02 sensor code everytime it starts to lose power when driving and wants to stall when i slow down or idle. im thinking i might just replace my TPS and IAC or i can fix my header problem and replace the 02 sensor while im at it. any ideas?

could be a bunch of things i guess...sounds to me like i'm gonna be tearing some s*it apart regardless of what i do. maybe the mounts are lose...i'll torque check them tomorrow. i just ordered new headers anyway, summit was selling their brand of stainless black painted shorties for 140. cant really beat that.

update:

tps and iac were not the problems. replaced both today and still ran crappy. i'm going to assume its my exhaust header leak, which is throwing the 02 sensor off and giving false signals. same thing happened to my dad on his van. idk, could still be a bunch of things. only time and $$$ will tell lol.
