Default Truck Running Warm?

Hey guys just got a really quick question. I noticed the other day when I was driving that my truck's temp gauge inside was around 220-230 degrees. Normally my truck runs at about 200ish. Just wondering could this be a bad sign of something? I didn't shut the truck off so it ran for about an 1hr straight about 45min's of which it was driving 60-70mph on the highway. I checked the anti freeze level and it was fine, plenty of coolant. I checked the oil and its not low. Any help would be great.

is there any mud or debris on the rad? i would check the coolant with a hydrometer to make sure its in range. also, its a possibility the clutch fan could be going out.
