Default Need help with cruise control

When my dad bought the truck it worked fine but i think he spilled chocolate milk on them a while ago and never worried about it because he only took it back a forth to work most of the time. Is it easy to get the buttons off the steering wheel and would they be easy to clean? or would i have to go buy a whole new one? truck is a 95 1500

Do you need to pull the wheel or just the airbag? What size are the airbag bolts/screws (hex, torx, phillips, allen)? I can't see down those holes in the back.

You do not need to pull the airbag.

Huh...those two Phillips screws are accessible from behind the wheel without removing the airbag? I never looked, always thought the airbag had to come out.
