Yeah you'll be fine with either

285/75/16s are like 33x11.5

305/70/16s are 33x12.5s

Just FYI Dodges come stock with blacks in the rear. That me be what you have in the back... or do you have 3" blocks on top of the factory block? That would look a little funky with only a 2" spacer in front

Anyway, as far as tires go you should be fine. But, if you get a 10" wide wheel with minimal backspacing you could very easily rub the rear corner of the front fender while flexing/turning.

That's a good point.

However 12.5 inch wide tires will be fine on an 8" wide wheel, and with proper back spacing that should eliminate your rubbing worries.

Exactly, an 8" wide wheel would be a much better size than a 10" for that application.

Why u going 15's? Backspacing push yr tire out from the fender. So you can run larger tire and have no rub.

You can get 33x12.5s on a 16 inch rim. They are generally cheaper for a 15" inch rim though. and since 1994 has a single piston caliper you can use 15" wheels. the later model dodges (2000 and up I think) had dual piston calipers and some people have clearance problems with them. That being said if you plan on upgrading your breaks you should stay at 16" also most 15" tires are C rated. So if you tow or haul there are alot more D and E load rated tires available for 16" wheels.
