Didn't you post earlier about a track bar issue?

The reason I ask is that a 4 inch lift for a ram is extremely rare. The only one I'm aware of is by trailmaster, and that lift is out of production. BTW it used a long arm for the lower control arm and a relocated upper arm. It also didn't use a spacer.

I'd bet a bowl of fresh grits you have a 3 inch lift, which with a 3 inch body lift might clear some 36's with the right rim. And since you have stock control arms and a stock trackbar, you really need longer arms and something to center your axle track bar wise, which will help prevent a lot of rubbing.
What brand of tire is it?

go to the post that's titled "I PAINTED MY BRAKE CALIPERS" then go to the last page where I posted pics of my painted suspension lift. Mine is a 6" Skyjacker with a 3" body lift. The pics shows most of the front of the suspension.

My educated guess is that if you have rubbing issues you have an axle centering issue. If someone installed a 4 inch spacer with stock arms and a stock trackbar your caster and side to side distances are off. The spacer moves the axle/tire back into the fender without longer arms (caster) and the whole axle to the left (from the drivers seat) unless some kind of bracket was used to move the trackbar over. A cheap way to eliminate some of the rubbing is the body lift but that doesn't make it right. The only right way to tell is with an alignment machine.
That's an awful wide tire as well. Sounds like you also have scrub steer (you can google the term) issues which cause rubbing.
