Default Cheap 52mm TB

Anyone want a possibly cheap 52mm TB?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

Was browsing and found it. With all the people talking about doing their TB themselves, thought maybe someone would like this.

I say $70 if a V8 guy buys it, $90 if a V6'er.

why do you say that? Is it more desirable for a v6?

Its actually more than a bit to big for V6 applications, unless serious modifications/upgrades have been done.

50mm is recommended for 5.2L V8.
52mm is recommended for 5.9L V8.
50mm is recommended for 5.9L V8 if you have few to none upgrade/modifications and if you tow a lot.
53mm is recommended for heavily modified 5.9L engines.
55mm is recommended for "Blown 408 cubic inch applications".

That's what I was thinking since the 52mm TB's are recommended for modified 5.2's & 5.9's.

Being big myself, I'm inclined to say yes. "Uh, wow, you ARE big!"

Heard that before. It's NOT a bad thing to hear.
