Ditching the 180*
LMAO By the Gods, if it would help shrink my gut a few I'd fill the frellin' truck bed with the little buggers! 
For discussion...I know when Hughes or one of these performance folks suggest this mod we expect something noticable from it. Honestly, that doesn't always happen unless you have issues with detonation or overheating that aren't caused by other problems. If you did gain some power, it would take a decent increase of it to make a difference in moving around 5-6,000+ lbs of truck. You probably wouldn't notice an increase in torque, again it would take more than just few ft/lbs to really make a difference.
I believe this mod is best utilized in conjunction with other mods. Its like the icing in the middle of the cake.
