I don't mean to detour the intent of this thread, but I noticed you were stationed in Utah and Germany the same time sister and Bro-in law were. Where in Utah and Germany? My sister and bro in law are in the AF and stationed in Hill AFB (I believe) and is now in Stuttgart, Germany AFB. Let me take this opportunity as a man from a military family to say Thanks and God bless to all those who have served, will serve and still serve in the U.S. Military.

Bless you and I respect you all! I am the black sheep of the family...family full military with grandfather lt col air force to sister navy lt...started as enlisted to officer...iraq time and DAMN PROUD!!! She got 5 more years and retired!!!

I am 4th Gen, can I add to your thread?
1999-2006. Navy, SH-60B tactical crewman and rescue swimmer. (HSL-48)
2006-present. Currently E-6. Iowa State University. I am still active duty and getting paid to go to college. It is called the Seaman to Admiral Program. I will be an O-1E in August.
