HEY, CALL SUMMIT AND TELL THEM THAT YOU CAN GET IT CHEAPER AND THEY'LL MATCH IT OR BEAT IT. I did that and got my cali cat for $180

your lucky man. this emissions stuff is outrageous! Oh and I got the 43039 which is 2009 legal in cali for $150
