Default Catalytic Converters

I know I've made some threads on this topic before but I'm having a dickens of a time trying to find a Catalytic Converter. Does anyone know of a reputable website that sells California legal Magnaflow high flow catalytic converters? I've been looking for about a month and I feel so stupid that I can't find one. But then again it is hard to get anything emissions legal for California since the beginning of this year. It's to go on my 1998 Dodge RAM 1500 5.9L (360cuin.) Quad-Cab Short Bed. Or if you know of a better Catalytic I'm definitely open for suggestions.

No offense, but I think you are screwed. The Magnaflows were CA legal until this year, or so I gather, when they made emissions regs even stricter there. My guess is Cali might not let you do anything except another stock cat.

You think it will be CA legal or no?

According to Summit Racing, yes, should be fine in CA.

Ok great thanks for the reply. But I have another question. My intake is screwy, Ive been looking for a 14x3 K&N. I've looked at the threads that go into detail on everything but I am very noob to doing anything manually to my pickup and was hoping there was an easier solution such as drop on bolt on and go type of deal. I bought a K&N but come to find out it only fits the 3.9L engine.

The 14x3 works great, or so I've been told by dozens here. The hardest part, and its not really that hard at all, is bending the s-bolt properly.

See that's what I'm afraid of. I don't have anything in my house that I could bend the bolt with. That's why I was hoping for a bolt on or something slightly simpler/easier to put on my engine.

That's weird because when I tried to get a cat (I live in cali too) I could only buy the 94000 series because the 43000 series were only 49 state legal. If it works then it work...I guess.
