Alcohol injection. Basically you take a windshield washer container and plumb it with a fuel pump and run the line to your intake and wire a push button or other switch to activate it for an extra boost.

That would be the simple way, control it with pressure switches and nozzles. Mine is computer controlled with actual methanol fuel racing injectors. I use VP R1 Racing Meth.

Yeah you posted at the same time I did. I didn't realize your truck was race ready. I knew you had it set up nice but didn't know you were using a comp to control it. What comp are you using on it? Dedenbear make a nice microcontroller.

Split Second. Its actually designed to be a piggyback to add fuel to a supercharger. I have remapped it to run my alcohol system.

Nice work. Now that I know someone on here who is into tuning, do you run an SCT and if so do you have a mapping profile for adjusting fuel curves? I am leaning toward the SCT but I have no experience with chrysler products when it comes to how tolerant they are of tunes.

so you use windshield washer fluid, or something similar

i've heard of water/methanol injection being used in diesels, im prolly gonna do water injection when i buy a diesel, just to help with EGTs while towing

that seems like one sick system

i likey

Thanks Speeddemon. I've tested Denatured alcohol, 50/50 windshield fluid, stratight Meth, combinations of Denatured and Meth.

The best for Exhaust Gas Temps and cooling the boost right now is 90% R1 Racing Meth to 10% water.

All of my SCT tunes are written by Hemifever.
