I'm just curious. Why woudn't you just measure you pipes and check that way? Kinda seems pointless to start a thread for that purpose.

Not on ebay, and seeing that he has only sold 38 items, and that got him down to a 93%!
That is enough to make any good buyer go running away from his listing.

Or grammar, apparently.

Seriously? That means like 3 people bitched and 35 were happy? Is that really that bad?

Well, I wouldn't do business with him. I will grant though, he does say the condition is used. I have been ebaying ever since the name change on that site, and I prefer to deal with people that either have an extremely high sale count, a 90=100% reputation, or people that have a lower sale count with 100%.

It just seems that when I deal with sellers that have bad remarks at that low of a sale count, I usually get burned.

why do so many people go with flowmaster? my sister has a 99 ram and when she was getting her flowmaster 40 series put on i hopped under my truck to see what kind of muffler i had because i wanted a flowmaster, and this was the first time it wasn't caked with mud since i got it so i was able to read the stamp on the muffler, come to find out it said flowmaster, well it was too quiet for me. i went and got glasspacks and had the muffler shop make me a y pipe to fit my muffler so the tailpipes would still line up and went home, chopped my muffler off and clamped the glass packs on. it sounded better but was still too quiet. the reason i went with glasspacks was because i straight piped my thunderbird and once the tach hit about 2000 rpm it popped, but what i didn't realize at the time is my t-bird has true duals (home made) and that meant that it only had 3 cylinders flowing through each pipe, but the dodge has 8 going through one pipe. a couple months later i went to take off and the truck all of a sudden sounded like i wanted it to and i stopped and looked under it and the y pipe had worked itself off, so that day i got a piece of stock pipe, cut off the glass packs and welded two straight pipes in place and now it sounds like a truck should. http://www.flickr.com/photos/29654534@N05/3490425649/

Each to their own man. I like flowmaster better than I do Magnaflow. Look around on the forums, dont just limit your self to the 2nd gen. You will see a few epic wars over which one is better.

Cherry bomb vortex is louder than the 40 flow.

straight pipes sound the best to me. y pipe from the headers to the cat, then open pipe all the way to the rear end.
