Has anyone tried these clear rear end covers??
I thought they looked cool, a lot of rear end covers were in this price range.

I am having a hard time finding what I need for my rear end (drum backing/support plate) and may have to either buy a used rear or a $280 Stealership part. I keep finding knick knacks like this while searching for my part.
The transparent covers not only look extremely cool when installed, but it also allow you to inspect for abnormal gear wear, oil levels, and for contaminants that could ruin your gears and shorten rear-end life. The polycarbonate material is the same material used in bulletproof glass, and is as impact-resistant as steel, but cleans easily with soap and water.

i think those are perfect for dodge trucks. although, i don't think they'd stay see through clean for more than 5 minutes.
rear end cover - for easy inspection of broken LSD clips.
transmission pans - for easy inspection of broken OD snap rings.
t-case housing - for easy inspection of broken snap ring.
intake manifold - for easy inspection of leaking plenum gasket.
seriously, for your brake plates - have you tried LKQ, and local junk yards. all the junk yards share info, so your local guy should be able to find you one and get it shipped to him as cheap as anywhere.

That's kinda what I meant. The concept is cool. And it would look cool right after it was put on until you ran the truck once. Then that **** would be all over the inside of the cover, and it's so thick I bet you'd have to let the truck sit for days before it would be see through again.
