I got my truck at the beginning of March with 97,000 miles on it and yes i did get it from a dealership but it was a smaller dealership not like a dodge dealer

It still probably got the death flash at some point. There would be like a a little black sticker on the pcm with some numbering on it.

you might want to check some of the other things out that I mentioned before you jump right into a re-gear job.

plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor.
Just the basics.

i already put E3 plugs in and switched the wires but thats about all ive done to it so far the rest of my money went to a new water pump, and axle shaft

I havent had time to check the PCM i am going to once i get out of school, but if it did get reflashed what am i suposse to do, is there a way to restore it back to normal, or will a superchip fix it or what?

I would just get 4.10's. If you look in my pics there is a pic of what it looks like. A superchip or any tuner would fix it.

alright i've been looking into getting a superchip so i will probably just do that then change the ratio thanks for your help
