Alright thanks guys for all the help I'll check google and varify if I have the deathflash, which I'm sure I do but if you have anyother suggestions for me please put them up, and I'll come back if I have more questions which I most likely will thanks again for all the help

so my plenum gasket is torn, is all i have to do is take off the intake manifold and replace that gasket, or what do i do?

Yep, pretty much. But replace it whith a Hughes or APS kit instead of the stock junk... or you will be doing it again in no time.

alright i will do that i definably dont wanna do it twice looks like there is alot of things to do to even get to it

i have been looking on google for the Hughes and APS kits but all i find is links talking about getting the kits does anyone have a site that has them?

Yep, that Hughes kit that Laramie posted is the kit I purchased. Works very well.

I recommend an M1 manifold. No more plenum gasket to leak while giving a noticeable power boost.
Also check your IAT, mine was covered in oil because of the plenum leak, I don't know if oil is bad for it but I replaced it anyways.
But at the minimum I would suggest the aluminum belly pan.
