i own a 2001, 3500,5.9l gas. when accelerating i hear a flapping noise from the engine. almost as if a lifter tick or valve tap. the noise seems to loud to be that. i can race engine in nuetral and do not hear the noise.you only hear it under load. did hear about pcv valve tapping could be culpret or heat riser could be other. any suggestions or fixes?
