Default Frozen Caliper/Shaking

Im pretty sure I have a frozen caliper, after driving for a few minutes, noticed the rotor is very hot( could fry an egg on it), drove it a few more times and after using brakes for a few times I get wobble when going more than 30 mph, sometimes the caliper frees up and wobble goes away. My question is, is it likely I have to change the rotor as well as the caliper since it may be warped?

You might be able to have the rotor turned if it's not too far gone.

Thanks for the quick reply. Would a sticking caliper cause this wobble or do you think it could be the combo of the rotor warp and the caliper. I dont mind changing both since Ill be there anyway but I guess what Im after is could this intermittant wobble be caused from the caliper.

The caliper sticking creates a lot of heat, which in turn warps the rotor.

Default update on brakes

ok, here are the changes i made, new caliper, new rotor, new pads, bled line and have a good peddle. Problem is the damn thing is heating up again and smoked a bit. What else could make a new caliper as well as the old one stick open? Someone told me I should re[lace the rubber brake line as sometimes they collapse and dont allow fluid to go back to release caliper piston. This seems to make sense but how would I know if its simply the rubber line or the entire line? The entire line seems like a big job. What do you guys think it could be?

You heard right about the rubber line. I doubt the steel line is bad.

Im replacing that this morning. I didnt test drive it more then a mile so I hope the heat didnt cause any damage but I was surprised how much it heated up in that distance. Once again, thanks.

So what is it that you get, some sort of braided line or what? Im definitely interested in this, Id like to run that **** to all 4 corners, my brake lines are rusted so bad.
