well this sucks its been 9 days now and I am still waiting for my tuner to send me a revised map. He was sopose to send me one today and when I got home I got some bs email saying he did not have my original file was it under a shop name. Ummmm NO. I sent you all the specs of my motor.....AGAIN.....so just make me a map according to that so I can try it and give you feedback and go from there...now I dont know what he is going to do but it is complete bull #%@# I paid you now tune my truck it has been 9 days today that I am waiting and tomorrow will be 10..

She is just sitting there in the driveway doing nothing now.

 

Hey I just got a new map today form my tuner. He lost my old one so was not able to make changes for my problems. So I loaded the new map and it doesnt seem any different. My question is do you have to return to stock when changing maps or what is the correct procedure for doing this.

 

You should be able to load it right up. Maybe he sent you the same tune again?

 

I think thats what he did. he lost my first one and made another generick 408 map. I sent him an email so I better get another map to try tomorrow! I want to drive my truck this weekend

No.

checked the fuel pessure while runnning 48psi. and checked and all of the injectors were working.

Checked the engine vacume and all is good there.

Put on an aircleaner-tb gasket and repaced the egr valve.

I have to find a wideband o2 sensor.

Anyone know where to shop for 24# injectors- I am having no luck

 

Heres a few link for Ebay, any Ram 2000 and up will have 24lb injectors. The last link shows other models that have them too.
