performance upgrades
dukhunter- that doesnt sound too bad.....the lts and the h are really helping with your lowend.....also if you have tailpipes, those are keeping your velocity up
scorpion- being a 95, you dont have to have cats for the computer unless you get inspected....sounds like it would be a decent setup
Jpnorris- you are correct about the vaccum, thats why you dont want to match your heads to your header ports....you want your header ports bigger to create a lowpressure zone just outside of the head port which in turn helps "vaccum" the gases out

Yes, fixing your plenum should help that a bit.
A tuner and higher octane fuel (use them together, as higher octane fuel without a computer tune that takes advantage of it is a waste of money and does not improve anything) will improve your throttle response, lower gears will get the power to the ground faster (feels like better throttle response).
Myself, I have a set of 3.92 gears I was going to get installed. I have the ring and pinion gears for both axles, called around to get quotes from shops. I was absolutely sticker shocked for a bit. Every shop I got quotes from were almost the same, $350-$400 for the Chrysler 9.25 rear axle, and $550-$600 for the Dana 44 front axle. Thats all labor, since I have the parts already.
Guess it'll have to wait another spell or two.
The tuner would be your best bet. $250-ish for a used Flashpaq, $350-$400 for a new one. Not as good as a SCT, if you want to get serious about it, but its about half the price.
