These guys look like a reputable outfit to deal with, it also looks like they have pretty good pricing on the website.

Thanks for the links guys, I'll check them out, I think I'm just going to get the complete sensor and solenoid kit to cover all the bases.

I have a 98 ram 1500 and I just did this replacement of the solenoid and sensor but now my O/D Off lite and Trans temp lite keep coming on within minutes of driving. Any ideas as to what is causing this.
Never happened before I changed the parts.

You might have gotten something wrong. Temp is getting too high. Shut it off until you get it fixed or you will trash the tranny. Take it back a[art and look it over.

Did you use a manual while doing this?

+1. Take the pan back off and make sure the electrical plug's are pushed all the way in.

Did you watch the Youtube video by Cascade Transmission on installing their Master solenoid and sensor ki?, its pretty thorough, might help diagnose any instal problems you may have.

Let's us know what you find, my master kit should be here by the end of the week and maybe I could learn something from you.

Good luck with the truck.

I dropped the pan again and re-checked everything. Put it back together, same problem. Dropped the pan for the 4th time and put back in the old sensor. No more trans temp or O/D lite but the slow shifting between 2nd and 3rd came back. Is there a different problem here or is it the "genuine Mopar" part that was made in China????
I'm thinking of looking for an aftermarket replacement. Any suggestions?

Does this mean you did NOT do the Borg Warner replacements?
