Default radiator leak only parked nose downhill

Hi guys,
I have a 99 2500 2wd that has had a squeeking pully for the last 6-9 months, worse when it is cold outside, and today I noticed heavy leaking when I parked the truck nose downhill, it was more severe the steeper the slope, and finally I had the bright idea to park it uphill, and the leaking stopped, just some drips from it already being wet. I am thinking maybe a seal around the pully might be the problem, since all the fluid was falling off of the lowest pully. Any ideas and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
