Default Removing a spring?

I tried to search I promise:P.... Anyone just remove a leaf outta the rear springs to drop the rear of the truck down a little. I'm not concerned with the ride quality, I just want the hind end to be level with the front, and I want it to be cheap, and or free. Anyone done it? Is it hard?

Get a leveling kit. If you remove a leaf you will be deteriorating the load capacity of your truck not to mention that the rear end will probably end up lower than the front if you do. I am not saying you can't do it but for the couple of bucks it cost it would be wiser in my opinion to raise the front end to get level.

And leveling it is probably twice as easy. At least the advantages are more ground clearance, factory ride, and same load capacity. Looks are twice as good in my opinion! You can get a 1.5" for like $50. And a 2.5" for around $120, but needs new shocks.
