dodge15004x45.9, it's funny you mention the transfer case skid plate, I've been high centered on that thing before too. I'm not exactly sure why they made it hang so much lower than the rest of the truck, it just seems to get in the way.

That way if your off roading and you come up out of a hole and smash it on to a curb it wont hit the t case. I have done it in my truck before. Came up out of this hole. It dumps you out on a road. My truck came out of this hole like a bullet out of a gun. Man I smashed my skid plate on the curb. I chipped the chit out of the curb. If they put it right next to the t case it would hit it and it would be all done. Not saying they couldn't have made it smaller.
