i have a bass hanging from mine, it used to be an air freshener but now its just a rubber bass mirror ornament. you can kinda see it in the sig pic. its been on there for almost 5 years.

I was getting out of my truck at a gas station and some guy asks me if that's a 99 and I say no it's an '01 and he goes WOW, that's a really, really clean truck man.

He owned an 03 Hemi with black out tail lights and a whole bunch of other kickass stuff, feels good to get compliments from people with cars nicer than yours.

 

I have a Tiger (HS mascot) hanging from mine.

 

I have a metal show calf, and a parking permit on mine. I also hang a King of hearts playing card on the actual mirror... Kind of morbid, if you see what the picture actually shows.

 

I use mine so I can reduce the conversations I have with the wife when she "swears" she knows a short cut.
As far as teh name i think the guys wife named it his name was Tom and when he took her off roading with out her knowledge and when she realized what he was doing she said Tom...Tom OH sh........t hence the name jk
