*Sigh* Why do you want this? Let's put this down in a more permanent way. Think about this for a second. You drive an eight year old truck. With what, under 50K on the clock? Your time will come for a transmission rebuild. Dodge is known for low resale value, and you throw a lift on it, your value goes down further.
So you have the cash now for a lift. I congratulate you on cash luck. (Graduation is great for that ) But, let's consider this, say you throw that lift on there. You start trashing ball joints, u joints, and trac bars... How are you going to pay for that? After hearing your Evap canister story, I know it's not the type of thing that you could fix by yourself. Also, does your cash flow allow for costly fixes? Here soon that tranny is going to go... People that DIY a rebuild, spend anywhere from 300-700. A cheap shop might be able to do a rebuild for $1,300... How are you going to pay for that???
Before everyone else calls in the lynch mob, let me say this: I have no problem with lifting a truck, as long as the owner has either the knowledge to repair things, or they have the money to have a shop do it.
Your 18, Keep that head down low, and focused on things that will get you further in life than a damned old truck.
Just my opinion, now, let the flames begin!

i've heard that super swampers wear out quick on pavement. and can you do anything to your truck yourself? a lot of your posts either start or end with "how much will a shop charge me" or, "i'm having a shop do .........." you know thats what this forum is for, to learn how to fix it yourself. if no one wanted that kind of info then we would all be taking our trucks to shops and wouldn't know a thing about them.
