Default Tranny question

Hi, My gf has a 2000 ram with a 360 motor and auto tranny. I was wondering if there are any athere trannys that will bolt up to the motor and that are much stronger. we have gone through 3 torque converters in the last year, warrenty has finally run out. So any help on a tranny that is built strong and will bolt in would be great. thanks

Get the transmission rebuilt properly by someone who knows what they are doing. Use a quality torque converter.

The 518 will hold up for 100k plus but it needs to be built correctly using good parts.

You cant put a physically bigger torque converter in the transmission. You CAN use a better built torque converter though.
