Default Ram infinity front speakers no sound???

I had replaced the front 6x9 speakers and the rear 5 1/4 speakers in my 1998 ram 1500 club cab as well as the deck with an after-market one. I am now selling the truck so I put all of the original speakers back into the truck as well as the stock deck, their is now no sound coming out of the front 6x9 speaker and tweeter however it sounds normal out of the rear speakers. What could it be I'd really like to figure it out soon so i can list this thing and get it sold.

The truck had the infinity system.

Drawing at straws here.... Did you modify the wiring harness when you installed the after market headunit? Might be something to look at there.

Where did you store the stock deck? The stockers were very sensitive to water, dust, and jarring.

I would try hooking up the aftermarket head unit with the stock speakers installed and see where that gets you.

Also, did you have the infinity system? (The one that has amps on all the speakers)
Maybe those are shot?

It's kind of a pain in the ***, but you might end up having to check the wiring.

Overall, I would bet that the stock headunit is fried.
Just some ideas to mull through.

-The wiring harness was not modified.

-The stock deck was stored indoors.

-Yes, it is the infinity system I bought these speakers off of e-bay although the seller claims in his listing they work he could be false.

-I don't think it's the wiring as the sound worked fine with the after-market equipment except that my after-market deck drained the battery for some reason and that is why I had to take the system out.

I say plug the old deck back in to eliminate the possibility that it is the stock deck causing your issues.

So you didn't keep the old stock speakers, you bought another set?

Yes, the amp was cut off the old front speakers to bypass the amp for the new front speakers, so i had to buy new ones off e-bay with an amp.

Tested the speakers and they are not blown. It's possible it could be the deck however when it was taken off it worked fine.

I have the infinity sound system as well, and it seems like no sound is coming out of the front lower speakers, but I haven't done anything with any of the speakers themselves. Is this the same problems you're having?

Do you have the fade setting on the stock deck set correctly?

I have my fade settings right, but it seems like the sound will only come out of the smaller speakers that say infinity on them, not the larger ones below them.

Yes, same problem no sound coming out of the 6x9 door speakers and the tweeter in the a-pillar. Sound is only coming out of the rear 5.25 speakers. Yes, the fade is set correctly even if its turned all the way to the front there isn't even a peep.
