Default Steering Stabilizer Removal

Having a hell of a time removing the tapered end of my FACTORY steering stabilizer from the inner tie rod of my '95 3/4 ton 4x4 (106k miles). I soaked it in PB Blaster, beat the tar out of it with a hammer, tried a pickle fork, and heated it up with a torch and it didn't even budge. Any tips/tricks? Its so frustrating i'm considering buying all new tie rods to avoid the hassle.

Same thing here. It's frozen in place where it's pressed into the drag link. I tried using a pitman puller like the manual said and I bent the damn puller lol. Gotta love salty winters that seize everything. Any ideas? I don't have a torch, just one of those blue Bernz-o-matic things you use to solder pipe. I could cut it off but then the bolt will still be frozen in the drag link.

Cut the bolt head with a cutting disk on a grinder or a rip saw then bash the rest of the bolt with a punch/BFH. Even though this thread is from last year haha, hope he got the bolt out.

Ok thanks I may try that if it comes to it. It's hard to get a good swing in with my mini sledge since there is so much crap in the way overhead.

It shouldn't take to much of a swing if you cut the bolt first, thats what holds most of the torque.

I borrowed my buddy's air powered pickling fork. Also, heat is your friend

Do you think the dealer will be able to order me just the bolt? I would just go to the hardware store but it's a weird bolt with a sort of spacer built into it to keep the strut out away from the drag link, and the washer that goes on the backside of the eyehole is part of the bolt as well. I didn't get new hardware with my shock
