I finished the Round Air cleaner mod and used the Edelbrock kit but it only comes with the 5 cent wing nut. I can't find a chrome nut to attach the top of the air cleaner. Anyone have any place to buy a chrome wingnut or one that looks good not the cheesy one that is a step down from Lowes. The main auto parts places in my area are Auto Zone, O'Reiley's and I think there is a NAPA a few towns away. I don't mind ordering one I just want one that I can be proud to show off.

 

The parts stores usually sell them in the chrome accessory section.

 

I've checked all the ones around here they either don't carry any or just have the crappy wing nut. The only chrome nut I found was a generic round nut that I wouldn't show to anyone. Shaped like a flat cake or something like that. I haven't been able to look at the NAPA yet but looking at their website I don't have much hope. looking for a web site or an online store that sells them that I can see a picture before ordering.

 

Get one tht will do the job for now. Than look for what you want.

 

I got mine off of ebay. Look one up there.

I actually found one at a NAPA just happened to see it near where I work. Found the exact one I was looking for and the clerk told me this was the last one and they weren't going to reorder this type item any longer. Got lucky there. Thanks for all your responses.
