The best one I ever saw was when I was a little kid. At that time, I used to go to the lake every week end during the summer. We had a nice little cabin in a private campground.
The particular camp is known for the amount of alcohol that is usually consummed in one weekend.

Anyways, One Saturday afternoon, my Grandad a few of his friends, and I were standing down at the loading dock.
One guy was in a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee sitting right in the middle of the dock.
He was loaded, and had no business being behind the wheel.
While we were standing there talking, the guy in the Jeep decides to rev the motor up on it. Forgetting that he had left it in drive, he peels out and heads straight for the lake. That jeep made it about 20 feet out into the water before it finally hydrolocked.
It took three other trucks to pull it back out of the water. The idiot in the jeep was so trashed, he didn't even fully understand that he just drove his brand new Jeep into the lake, and that he had no insurance on it yet.

i have one, i was talking to a guy, who's friend had a brand new caddy esc. still making payments on it, takes it out ice fishing, and uses dynamite to make a hole, he lights the boom stick, and tosses it, his dog goes after it, and drops it under the truck, dog comes running out, and BOOM, apparently the ice was just thin enough to give out under the weight, and the explosion, brand new rig, down to the bottom

Wouldn't it have also pretty much blown the car in half before it sank?

Ya'll have probably seen this before in my other threads. A night of partying and a few good rainstorms got me into this. No significant damage though.

This is probably my favorite, over 1000 cars stuck in a flood plain, mine included.
