Concerning which gauges to put in your A-pillar. I always thought it would be good to have 2 trans temp gauges. One gauge connected to the line leaving the tranny and the other gauge connected to the line returning from the cooler.

This will not only show you the effect of your tranny cooler, but will also give you a heads up if you have a blockage in the line way before your tranny gets smoked!

That was mentioned to me before. Though it could be useful. I think it would look stupid. I could be wrong but if there's a blockage wouldn't the single guage show weird numbers or not provide a temp at all showing something was wrong
