Default Gotta new horn (vid coming soon!)

I got a new horn. Cant tell ya what kinda horn yet. Ill keep it secret for now! Untill i post up pics and a vid. Its not a train horn..That will come later on!

I have a question, i got the new ''horn'' mounted and wired up. My truck had dual bosch horns. They both have seperate plugs. Are they both pluged into 12 volt sources? (Are they 6 volts a peice or 12v a peice?) Wasnt sure. And i couldnt find my voltage meter! So i had to ask you guys..

Sorry for the dumb question.

Pics and vid coming tomorrow! So check this thread again tomorrow.

I knew somone would say somthing about that. Im thinking about moving it. Im not sure if i should turn it around tho. Since when it rains water could get in there and i dont want the insides rusting out. The stock horns wernt facing towards the front of the truck either. And i used one of the stock mounts and left it where it was for the aftermarket horn. Worked out fine for me. The way it is i think it will keep things pretty clean inside the horn. So it will last longer. But im not a horn expert lol

Its loud. When i hit it you could here people up the road yelling and alot of dogs barking. haha

Good point. But there is some rubber there to help keep water out.

the instructions on my air horns said to have them facing down a little for drainage. that kinda makes me want one to go with my air horns.
